My name is Aditi Monga, and I’m a multimedia and game designer. I create games and their rules, systems, levels, content, economies, stories, live-ops, and interfaces. I also build visuals, graphics, presentations, and videos. I’m passionate about being multidisciplinary, which means I’m always on the lookout for new skills and hobbies to try.

I thrive in roles that demand versatility and push me outside my comfort zone. I’m curious, thoughtful, positive (some might even say funny!) and a bit of a perfectionist. I care about getting the details right without losing sight of the experience as a whole.
I've had the privilege of having a dynamic life - having lived in India, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, travelled to over twenty countries, and having a history of working with talented international teams. Those experiences have widened my perspective, taught me adaptability, helped me curate an unpredictable playlist, and shaped my professional values: transparent communication, thoughtful iteration, kindness, and sharing memes.
